I did a post earlier about my goals from July, and recapped what I had actually accomplished from my list...I didn't do as well as I had hoped, but no sense in beating myself up over it! I am determined to do better in August. Sure time will be tight between being a full time graduate student and working full time, but I'll make it work! I tried to make pretty specific goals for August in hopes to make them easier for me to tackle, I also tried to keep them relatively simple. For instance my posture has been getting worse, but I can work on that while I am sitting in class or driving to work! I have always liked August, maybe it's because it starts to put the feeling of Fall in my head...I can already taste the hot apple cider and pumpkin spice lattes (not that I am trying to rush it, trust me.)
